substitute the regular cream but use slightly more and whip it before you use it. (not all the way just to thicken it a little)

新快报讯 今年32岁的卡拉・弗洛里斯在墨西哥被称为“奇迹之女”，只因她此前曾遭遇一场可怕的袭击却奇迹般幸存――她曾被一枚榴弹击中腮部，幸得榴弹未爆炸，却卡死在她上下颌骨之间。为了避免伤及无辜，勇敢的医生将她拉到空旷的野外进行手术取出了榴弹。卡拉虽然要经历整容手术恢复面容，但她毕竟活下来了！
以为石袭 入院才知遭炮击
据英国《每日邮报》28日报道，居住在墨西哥西部锡那罗亚的卡拉是三个孩子的母亲，遇袭前，她在街上摆摊卖海鲜为生。在缉毒战争白热化的墨西哥，莫名的袭击屡有发生，一日，一声巨响过后，卡拉突然被某物击中面门而倒地晕厥，她最后记得的是脸上有烧灼感，而她一摸却是一手血。
以为自己被石头击中的卡拉被送院急救，医院通过拍摄X光片才震惊地发现，击中卡拉的物件不是石头，而居然是一枚尚未爆炸的榴弹。原来，卡拉倒地前听到的那声巨响是榴弹发射器开火的声音！
更恐怖的是，这枚榴弹刚刚好卡在卡拉的上下颌骨之间，进退不得，必须做手术才能取出。
发现卡拉“咬着”一枚榴弹后，收治她的锡那罗亚中央医院马上进入紧急状态――要知道这枚榴弹爆炸的话，方圆32英尺(约合9.8米)的人都必死无疑。
自愿冒死 4医者步步惊心
绝大多数医生都不愿意冒险给卡拉动手术，最后，有四名勇敢的医务工作者站了出来，他们是医生利迪亚・索托、护士安雷冬朵以及两名麻醉师。
在墨西哥军方派出的两名爆炸专家的护送下，这支医疗“敢死队”带着卡拉和所有所需器材来到空旷的野外进行手术。这样做的考虑是，万一榴弹在手术过程中爆炸，除了他们也不会殃及更多人。
四个小时后，这场惊心动魄的手术以成功收尾。卡拉的脸上留下巨大的疤痕，许多牙齿没有了，接下来三年都得接受整容手术，但她幸运地活了下来。
和以往大多数袭击案的结果一样，墨西哥警方对此案展开了调查，却没有逮捕任何嫌犯。
