平塚、首位に２打差で最終日へ

首位を４打差で追うディフェンディングチャンピオンの平塚哲二が、６バーディ、２ボギーの「67」をマーク。通算14アンダーに伸ばし、マーカス・ボス（オーストラリア）、ベン・フォックス（アメリカ）と並び、テーラーメイドR11アイアン 単独首位のスコット・ヘンド（オーストラリア）に２打差に迫る３位タイに浮上した。５位タイからスタートした市原弘大は、後半16番までに４つ伸ばし首位争いを演じていたが、R11アイアン 上がり２ホールを痛恨の連続ボギー。２つ伸ばすに留まって通算12アンダーの６位タイに後退したが、首位に４打差とツアー初勝利への望みはつないだ。
